The CVAA is one of the oldest art groups located in Northern Nevada – 54 years! The artists are interested in working in various mediums ~ watercolor, acrylics, oil, pastel, pen and ink, pencil, gourd art, and pottery. We also share and sell our work in local shows sponsored by the Association.

The objective of the Association
~ To develop a high standard of Art amongst our members.
~ To promote an appreciation of the Arts in Douglas County and the
    surrounding area.
~ To present to the public the best work of its members in various exhibits.
~ To encourage the young artists in the area to participate in art shows
     hosted by the CVAA.
